The board decided at its May meeting to pursue buying the PAYSA facility.  A committee was formed to put together a formal proposal for consideration.  The committee will report to the board at the regular June meeting on Monday, June 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the ExpoCenter.   The proposal, if accepted by the board, will be shared with OHA members before final action is taken at the July board meeting.
