The remaining players' registration will be online August 17th - September 15th, 2009.

     1. Go to "Sign in" and enter Username and Password if registered last year online or sign in as a "New User":

 

     2. Click "Oahe Hockey Player Registration 2009-2010 Playing Season".

 

     3. Click "New Registration", then click "Player Registration Form"

 

     4. The different levels for "Oahe Hockey" are listed. Click on the appropriate level as determined below. The following are the registration fees for the divisions:

 

Learn to Skate (dob 7-1-2004 and after) - $35
Mini-Mites (dob 7-1-2002 to 6-30-2004) - $45 + $30 USA Hockey Fee
Mites (dob 7-1-2000 to 6-30-2002) - $70 + $30 USA Hockey Fee 
Squirts (dob 7-1-1998 to 6-30-2000) - $110 + $30 USA Hockey Fee + $50 Fundraising Fee
Pee Wee (dob 7-1-1996 to 6-30-1998) - $130 + $30 USA Hockey Fee + $50 Fundraising Fee
Bantams (dob 7-1-1994 to 6-30-1996) - $145 + $30 USA Hockey Fee + $50 Fundraising Fee
Girls, League Play (dob 7-1-1990 to 6-30-2000) – $145 + $30 USA Hockey Fee + $50 Fundraising Fee
Varsity/JV (dob 7-1-1990 to 6-30-1994) - $170 + $30 USA Hockey Fee + $50 Fundraising Fee

 

     5.  There is a $50.00 fundraising fee included with registration (Please see explanation below). After clicking on the appropriate level for your player, please also click on the box for the FUNDRAISING FEE. This applies to players at the SQUIRT level and up. *Only (1) $50 fee per family regardless of the number of players. If you have more than one player, please click on the Fundraising Fee Box with the first registration.

  

     6.  After completing form, including Player, Parent, Registration Fee and Credit Card information, click "Register Me". Factor 360 will be charging the Oahe Hockey Association $5.00 per player fee for the registration. Registration fees were not increased this year. In the past, $30 was included with the OHA registration fees to cover the USA Hockey fee. This has been subtracted from the OHA fees. Players/Parents now pay the $30 directly to USA Hockey.

 

     7.  You will be given the opportunity to print an online receipt. You will also receive an email confirming your registration.

 

     8.  After submitting your registration, if you have another child to register, click New Registration again. The parent information will be prefilled so it will not be necessary to complete those fields again.

 

     9.  Click here www.usahockeyregistration.com to go to USA Hockey to register directly with USA Hockey to obtain the required insurance -  $30.00.  Click on “Ice Players and Coaches” and follow the steps (you will be paying USA Hockey directly for the insurance costs) Copy and Paste the barcode and email to amymctighe@ymail.com -  OHA Registrar. 

• Learn to Skate players and Mini Mite players born in 2003 or after do not have to pay the $30.00 fee, but can register on USA Hockey

   10.  Print and fill out the PDF forms (Consent to Treat), Substance Abuse Policy, Volunteerism Policy and Senior Volunteer Hours Policy (If applicable).  Mail forms to:
