Want to try hockey but aren't sure where to start?  Boys and girls age 4-9 are invited to Try Hockey For Free on November 12th, from 10am to noon at the ExpoCenter in Ft. Pierre.

The OHA will provide skates, helmets and sticks for the young skaters to try hockey in a fun and safe environment. Certified coaches and Capitals players will teach skating and sport basics to kids.  OHA volunteers will provide information about the youth hockey program to interested parents.

Kids should wear loose fitting pants, winter gloves or mittens, and a sweatshirt or jacket.  A bicycle helmet can be used as a helmet.
